About Us

Our Mission

To bring affordable, quality legal services to small and medium sized businesses.

Most businesses recognize the need for and value of legal services; however, in today’s business environment few small and medium sized businesses can afford a lawyer.  Lawyers employed by large companies protect their clients’ interests by using complex documents and detailed contracts.  Smaller business, on the other hand, often have to save on costs by using bare-bones generic forms from cookie cutter online resources – or by agreeing to one-sided business contracts - without fully understanding the legal implications (and risks) of their actions.

We are committed to providing ALL of our clients – no matter their size – quality, individualized legal advice and services at affordable rates.
